ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes. Our products do not contain any animal ingredients or animal derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.

 WHAT IF I HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO YOUR PRODUCT?

We strongly advise that you review the list of ingredients before you make your purchase to check for allergies. We recommend discontinue use immediately in the event that you do have an allergic reaction. 

 DO THESE PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

Products that contain water have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. Products that do not have water such as hair growth oil do not expire. However, it is important to note that different storage conditions such as extreme heat or cold may change the consistency of the product.

 HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS AND SALES?

ORDERS

AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Standard shipping with USPS takes only 2-3 business days. However, because we make our products by hand in small batches, processing can  take between 5-7 business days. If you place an order on a Friday, do not expect the item(s) to ship until the following week. Please bear with us!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN AT MY DOORSTEP?

Makasi Beauty is not responsible for stolen packages once delivered. It is important to track your package daily so that you can be aware of its estimated arrival.

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE IT?
